About Me
My name is Adi Goren, a business consultant and coach, author, and lecturer.
A member of the Israeli Chamber of Business Consultants.
I bring over 25 years of experience in senior management, business development, and marketing across diverse industries. I have worked with cutting-edge technology startups as well as mid-sized and large multinational companies. My track record includes two successful exits to global corporations such as G4S, with my first exit achieved at the age of 25. Throughout my career, I have led complex projects, developed innovative strategies, and managed teams to achieve ambitious goals in highly competitive markets.
Today, I primarily focus on consulting and supporting entrepreneurs, executives, and growing companies at critical decision-making junctions: strategic focus, market direction, go-to-market planning, and bridging the gap between vision and execution. My consulting approach is grounded in hands-on entrepreneurial and managerial experience, rather than theoretical models alone.
As CEO and Founder of i4drive, a promising startup in the fields of telematics and artificial intelligence, I led the company’s global expansion and established strategic partnerships across Europe, North America, and Asia. In parallel, I managed complex business and marketing processes, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and measurable results.
Previously, as CEO of Investro Group in Central America, I led strategic expansion initiatives into new markets and cultivated partnerships with international corporations, including Fortune 500 companies such as Telefónica and Samsung. In earlier roles, I managed technological, marketing, and operational projects at leading companies such as Townsend Systems and Comxense, driving significant innovation across the communications, technology, transportation, and security sectors.
Beyond my business activities, I am deeply committed to personal empowerment and professional mentorship. I volunteer with several organizations, including serving as a mentor to young entrepreneurs through The Tiger Foundation – Golani Brigade.
